Lactation Support
Just because it's natural doesn't mean it's easy.
Lactation support looks different for every parent and baby. Join us the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at Grand Street Healing Project with LaShanda Dandrich, IBCLC for our lactation support group. LaShanda provides non-judgmental support and helps guide you along your feeding journey to achieve your feeding goal. During the group, your concerns about pain with latching, milk transfer, supplementing, and milk supply are all addressed and a sustainable plan and referrals are provided. Whether you are just starting out, weaning, or anywhere in between, come by for guidance and support by an IBCLC to meet you where you are as well as connect with other parents in the community.
Newborn Care & Infant Feeding
Join us as we demystify caring for your newest family member.
This signature Carriage House Birth workshop, hosted by LaShanda Dandrich, a NYC based IBCLC, Postpartum Doula, and parent, will offer you tools to support the creation of realistic parenting goals and tried and true care for your newborn in the first weeks.
Besides basic newborn care we will discuss what your newborn will be like, what to expect in their development, feeding and sleep patterns, nursery set up, baby gear, and more.

$225 per family unit. This class is offered the first Monday of every month from 6:00pm - 8:00pm. Babies welcome.
